This policy explains what data our apps and website collect, why, and the choices you have.
It covers Perfect Pitch Terminal and Relative Pitch ("the apps", "we", "us"), on the web and on mobile. Both are operated by Totor Music Institute. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run your account and your training. We do not sell your data, we do not use advertising, and we do not embed third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, or advertising identifiers.

Payments are handled entirely by Google Play (in the Android app) or by Paddle.com (on our website). We never receive or store your full card details — we are only told whether your plan is active.

Where the GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of: contract (to provide the account and features you sign up for), legitimate interests (to keep the service secure and working), and your consent where required. Totor Music Institute is based in France.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data from our active systems within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records (e.g. proof of purchase) to meet legal or accounting obligations.

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored by reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Our providers may process data on servers outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a clearer notice.
